Absolutely. It remains your property. We take care of the day-to-day operation while keeping you informed and involved in important decisions.

Will my property only be advertised on Airbnb?

Not necessarily. Airbnb may form part of the booking strategy, alongside other suitable booking platforms depending on your property and the type of guests we want to attract.

Are cleaning and maintenance included?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate cleaning, linen and maintenance as part of the management service. The actual cost of cleaning, repairs, replacement items and other third-party services is normally charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

Is every property suitable for serviced accommodation?

No. We assess each property individually, considering its location, condition, potential, your objectives and any requirements or restrictions that may affect how it can be operated.

How much does management cost?

Accepted Answer

Our indicative full management fee starts from 18% of booking revenue. Selected properties joining our founding portfolio may qualify for an introductory 15% management rate. Final fees are agreed following a property assessment. can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.

No. Performance varies according to the property, demand, seasonality, pricing and market conditions. We focus on professional management and optimising performance rather than making unrealistic guarantees.
